The brief
New residential developments are usually sold with the same glossy renders, stock lifestyle photography and a form that asks for everything up front. We imagined Marlowe as a small building of thirty-two homes and asked how the brand could feel as considered as the architecture, and how the website could turn early interest into booked viewings before construction is finished.

PRINCIPLES
- Space before words
- Material, not gloss
- One brass detail per page
Key idea
Architecture-led identity
The arched monogram comes straight from the building's entrance, so the brand and the place share one shape.
Our approach
How we solved it.
The identity takes its cue from the building itself: a monogram drawn from the arched entrance, a restrained serif, and a palette of deep garden green, brushed brass and limestone. Nothing shouts. Space, proportion and material do the selling, the same way they will in the finished homes.
The website is built around the questions buyers actually ask, in order: which home, which floor, what does it cost, and when can I see it. An interactive availability view shows every residence with its floor plan, orientation and status, and every page leads to the same short viewing request. The pre-launch campaign drives a waitlist with hand-finished print, targeted social and a simple email sequence that shares construction progress.

Design decisions
- 1
Architecture-led identity
The arched monogram comes straight from the building's entrance, so the brand and the place share one shape.
- 2
Availability as the hero
An interactive floor-by-floor view replaces vague 'register interest' pages with real choices.
- 3
A short first step
Booking a viewing asks for three things, not twelve. The detail comes later, in person.

NEW PHRASE
¿Me pone un café con leche, por favor?
Could I have a coffee with milk, please?
