The brief
A roaster known locally for its market stall is moving into grocery stores, where it will sit next to national brands with much bigger budgets. We asked how Harbor could stand out on a crowded shelf and make its first campaign feel as personal as a conversation across the stall.

One colour per origin keeps the range cohesive on the shelf while making every coffee instantly findable. Roast level reads as three dots.
Key idea
Colour per origin
A flexible system that keeps the range cohesive while making every coffee easy to find.
Our approach
How we solved it.
The packaging system uses bold, hand-cut typography and a colour-per-origin approach, so the range reads clearly from a distance and each coffee has its own personality. Tasting notes, roast date and brew guidance are placed where shoppers actually look first.
The launch campaign, 'Meet your roaster', puts the people behind the coffee front and centre across social, in-store displays and a short-form video series, with a QR code on every bag linking to brewing guides and a subscription offer.
